my new goal for the summer: never eat the same thing twice in a week. cook new recipes, be creative, write my own recipes, and just spend more time in the kitchen. i love cooking, food, restaurants, and different world cuisines.
so, i started off this week with homemade from-scratch salmon burgers with sauteed vegetables. i topped the salmon burgers off with guacamole (leftover from last night) …. no buns, because i didn’t feel like buying them and having them go to waste and i put panko bread crumbs in the burger mix anyway, so no need for more carbs, right?
best part: leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
